For our MSL review, we focus on the options MSL allows for depositing and withdrawing cash. MSL outlets are generally restricted for larger payments and bigger wins, taking more time for transactions in comparison. Finishing off our MSL review, we have no problem recommending MSL sign-ups, but only if you’re in Ukraine and enjoy lotteries.
